By accessing or using the HealthNEXAA platform, including myclinic.healthnexaa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

HealthNEXAA is a digital healthcare platform providing appointment booking, tele-consultations, diagnostics coordination, digital health records, and care management services.

3. Use of Google Calendar & Google Meet APIs

HealthNEXAA uses Google Calendar and Google Meet APIs to schedule and manage virtual consultations between doctors and patients. Only the minimum calendar event data required to create, update, or cancel appointments is accessed.

HealthNEXAA does not read, store, or share users’ personal calendar data beyond scheduling purposes.

4. User Eligibility

Patients must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Doctors and healthcare providers must be appropriately licensed and registered under applicable laws.

5. Medical Disclaimer

HealthNEXAA does not provide medical advice directly. All consultations are conducted by independent, licensed medical professionals.

Tele-consultations are not intended for medical emergencies and may not replace physical examinations where required.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Maintain confidentiality of meeting links and login credentials
• Not misuse tele-consultation services

7. Data Privacy

Use of HealthNEXAA is governed by our Privacy Policy .

8. Third-Party Services

HealthNEXAA integrates with third-party services including Google Meet, Google Calendar, payment gateways, and diagnostic partners. HealthNEXAA is not responsible for outages or service disruptions caused by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthNEXAA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

HealthNEXAA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

11. Modifications to Terms

HealthNEXAA may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
